I’m _{Caribe Montiel} a Venezuelan visual artist, performer, costume designer, and art director.
My practice moves fluidly between performance, fashion, audiovisual art,
and cinematic storytelling, creating experiences that explore gender, decolonization of the body,
and queer pleasure.

I’ve worked as a fashion stylist and
art director on editorials, commercials, music videos, and fiction films, blending visual narrative, aesthetic design, and immersive atmospheres. At the same time, my performance work experiments with the body, ritual, and living archives, connecting personal and collective memory through radical embodiment.
